Platform Model
Black Glove is not a traditional fund. We build companies from the ground up, co-found with operators who have deep domain knowledge, and invest in businesses where our platform creates a measurable advantage.
We originate companies internally. Starting from a thesis, we identify structural gaps in a market and build the initial product, team, and commercial foundation.
When we find the right operator with the right insight, we partner at the earliest stage - contributing capital, infrastructure, and strategic direction alongside the founding team.
We stay involved through the growth phase. Not as passive observers, but as active contributors to distribution, hiring, and market expansion.
As the platform matures, we deploy capital into companies built by others - where our sector knowledge and operator network create a genuine edge.
